About our Department

The Donegal School District depends on a fast, reliable, and affordable data communications infrastructure to meet teaching/learning and administrative goals. The Donegal School District’s Technology Services Department in partnership with Lancaster-Lebanon’s Intermediate Unit 13, provide a vast number of diverse and ever-changing technology-based services to the district’s end users.

The Donegal School District’s Technology Services Department currently services and maintains more than 3500 computers, with over 3000 being mobile computers, and 100’s of additional network devices including servers, SANs, network switches, network printers, multimedia projectors, wireless access points, smartphones, etc.

    Building Techs

    Donegal School District provides building technicians (building tech) in each of our individual schools. These individuals are teachers who provide technical support for faculty in their building. Major problems are submitted to the district technology services department via the building tech if escalation is needed.
