Call United Way 211: They will complete over the phone Community Housing and Referral Team (CHART) questionnaire to evaluate appropriate resources in our area. This is also the way to get access to emergency shelter.

Elizabethtown Community Housing & Outreach Services (ECHOS) Provides case management services including winter shelter placement, rapid rehousing, permanent housing and other supportive services (please call 211 first). FAITH Homes of Donegal A six-year program to partner with a qualified family, by moving them into affordable housing in a FHD-owned building, assisting them to become financially stable and ultimately buy their own residence. 717-538-1252 http://faith-homes.org/

Mount Joy Helping Services Can offer limited assistance with rent/utility payments and occasionally provides temporary lodging at the Red Rose Motel for individuals experiencing homelessness. Application required. (Must be a Mount Joy resident to qualify) Contact: Pat Paules 717-653-5585
