Donegal School District provides building technicians (building tech) in each of our individual schools. These individuals are teachers who provide technical support for faculty in their building. Major problems are submitted to the district technology services department via the building tech if escalation is needed.

Building Tech by building:

Donegal Primary School (DPS) - Mrs. Bair, Mr. Nolt

Donegal Intermediate School (DIS) - Ms. Wilkinson, Mr. Stauffer

Donegal Junior High School (DJH) - Mr. Pogue, Mrs. McWilliams

Donegal High School (DHS) - Ms. Frazier, Mrs. Kline

Community Cart Pickup

Dear Community Members,

We hope this message finds you well. Our school district is currently undergoing updates to our technology infrastructure, and in the process, we have several old computer carts that are no longer in use. These carts have served us well over the years, contributing significantly to the learning and development of our students.

As a token of our appreciation for the continuous support from our community, and in an effort to recycle and repurpose valuable resources, we are offering these old computer carts for free pickup to any interested community member or organization.

Details of the Pickup:

Location: Corner of Koser Road and Anderson Ferry Road, Mount Joy, PA 17552

Date & Time: April 26, 2024, from 9 – 11 am and 12 – 2 pm.

*April 29th will be used as an alternate day if there are weather complications.

Things to Note:

  • The computer carts are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Carts are offered "as-is" and cannot be returned to the district once taken off the property.
  • Interested parties are responsible for the transportation of the carts from the school to their new location.
  • While these carts are no longer suitable for our evolving technological needs, they are in good condition and may serve well in different capacities.

This initiative not only supports our commitment to sustainability but also strengthens our connection with the community we value so deeply. Should these items serve a need within your organization or personal endeavors, we warmly encourage you to stop by.

Thank you once again for being an integral part of our extended school family. We look forward to possibly seeing these carts find new homes and purposes within our community.

Warm regards,

Derek Brackbill
